Newly refurbished, the centre offers fantastic contemporary accommodation within 12 individual suites ranging in size from 150-3070sqft and providing a total of up to 49 workstations. Workstations comprise desk, chair, lockable pedestal and digital handset and are available on flexible monthly licences at all inclusive rates. Having recently been fully cabled, state of the art telephony and all inclusive superfast broadband is part of the package, separate ladies and gents toilets are provided as are communal kitchen facilities and fully equipped meeting rooms available for hire by the hour, half day of full day. Free shared car parking is available for our occupiers' use within a private surface car park located to the rear of the property.
This centre occupies a prominent position on Townhead, the principal thoroughfare running through Kirkintilloch Town Centre. Kirkintilloch itself is a prosperous and busy town located 10 miles north of Glasgow City Centre which can be quickly accessed in under 10 minutes from J3 of the M8 motorway. Located within East Dunbartonshire Region, Kirkintilloch is the administrative capital and has a population of 30,000. The catchment population is however far greater drawing from the nearby towns of Bishopbriggs, Lenzie, Milngavie & Bearsden. The nearest railway station to the Centre is Lenzie, approximately one mile away and which provides regular and direct services to both Glasgow & Edinburgh.
