The benefits of exercise are endless. Why not spend your lunch break in the nearest gym, taking part in a fitness class or simply taking a stroll outside. This exercise is the perfect way to forget about the troubles of work and rid work related stress. It also frees up time in the evening that you can set aside for quality time with your kids, friends and family.
The time can also be spent to connect with someone new, it can be a great way to socialist with a new client, new employee or someone you’ve never met. Take some time out of your day to get to know someone and enjoy yourself.
Why not run some errands on your break such as a trip to the doctors, hairdressers, nail salon, bank or anything that you don’t have time to do in the evening.
Another idea that we enjoy is learning a new language or skill that is just for you. Spend your 30 - 60 minutes practising your new language skills or learning a skill that you wouldn't have done before.
