100 Liverpool Street is more than a building. With three levels of premium shops, bars and restaurants, a rooftop restaurant with dramatic views and its own covered entrance to the Elizabeth Line, it's a destination in its own right. Hopkins Architects have given the building a whole new identity, with its sweeping curved fau00e7ade, elliptical atrium and floor-to-ceiling windows. Universal Design Studio have transformed the striking reception areas and Gensler are the experts behind every detail of the light flooded Storey workspaces and Storey Club meeting rooms and auditorium. There are places to work, including private booths and a quiet space for 'deep focus'. Places to meet, including a mix of meeting rooms you can book online, and a 180-seat auditorium. And places to escape, including a large lounge, 100-seat café and rooftop restaurant. Everything you could possibly want or need is there on your doorstep. There's even a boutique Everyman Cinema. And coming soon, the UK's first and only Eataly, to rival New York's.
Over 19 million people visit Broadgate every year, with its mix of innovative shops, restaurants, bars, salons and gyms. Names like Monica Vinader, Redemption Roasters, Yauatcha, Baraka, Charles Worthington and 1Rebel. It's also the epicentre of London's fintech industry, home to some of the UK's hottest startups. And you're just a short walk or cycle from Spitalfields, Shoreditch and the City. With Liverpool Street station next door, nowhere is far. You can be in Heathrow in just over half an hour, Stansted in 45 minutes, Gatwick in just over an hour. And when the Elizabeth Line opens, it'll be just 10 minutes by train to Paddington via Bond Street.
