Each office has its own front door with own keys whilst being connected to the main front door via your own intercom. Prices quoted include rent, WiFi, water, electric, gas and business rates (if demanded). There is no VAT to be added to the rent. The common areas are also cleaned on a regular basis. The offices are not furnished at present but this can be arranged if needed.
The offices are in the centre of Cleveleys just 20 metres from the high street - Victoria Road West. There are the usual high street shops such as M&S and also bars and restaurants such as Costa, Wetherspoons etc. The tram stop is outside the front door which connects Cleveleys to Fleetwood in the North and Blackpool to the South. Cleveleys is a seaside town attracting tourists but it also has a good-sized local population.
