The Kennedy Town area is a lively and diverse district with excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood. The district has superb bus and tram transport links to Central Hong Kong. From Central it is only 5 minutes in a taxi. The building is accessible via the Kennedy Town MTR on the recently opened extension of the Island Line.
